Portit avautuvat perjantaina klo 13 ja lauantaina klo 12:30. Paikalle kannattaa tulla mahdollisuuksien mukaan julkisilla kulkuvälineillä, sillä Ouluhallin parkkipaikat saattavat täyttyä. Pois lähtiessä Fixutaxin miehitetty tapahtumatolppa palvelee jäähallin edessä.

Kaikilla tapahtuma-alueella liikkuvilla tulee olla ranneke kädessä. Molemmilla sisääntuloporteilla on yksi väylä varattu ennakkolipun ostaneille rannekkeiden vaihtoa varten.
Lipun voit maksaa käteisellä tai pankkikortilla.
Tapahtumaan kannattaa saapua hyvissä ajoin, koska jononmuodostumista saattaa syntyä.
Ennakkolipulla vältät jonottamisen lippukassalle. Lippupalvelun liput luetaan sähköisesti.

Alueelle ei saa tuoda omia alkoholijuomia, eikä omia avattuja virvokejuomia. Alueelle ei myöskään saa tuoda terä- ja muita aseiksi luokiteltuja esineitä. Alueelle ei saa tuoda sateenvarjoa. Kassit tarkistetaan porteilla. Tupakointi on kielletty kaikkialla muualla, paitsi siihen erikseen osoitetuilla paikoilla.

Ravintola- ja VIP-teltat ovat K18.

Tapahtumaan kannattaa pukeutua lämpimästi ja laittaa paksuohjalliset kengät jalkaan. Katsomon portaat ovat talviolosuhteissa liukkaat, vaikka ne on kunnossapidetty.

The gates will open on Friday at 1 pm and on Saturday at 12:30 pm. It is worthwhile to arrive by public transport, as the parking lots of Ouluhalli can be filled. There will be a Taxi-station in front of icehockey hall to serve people to get a ride to home or to the city.

Everybody in the event area must have a wristband. Both entrance gates have one fast line reserved for prepaid ticket and VIP customers. You can pay ticket by cash or card.

It is recommended to arrive to the event well in advance, as queues may occur. With a prepaid ticket you will avoid queuing in the entrance gate.

It is forbidden to bring your own alcoholic beverages or your own opened soft drinks to the area.
Knifes and other objects classified as a weapon are strictly prohibited. Do not bring an umbrella to the area. Your bags will be checked in the gates.

Smoking is forbidden elsewhere, except in places specifically designated for smoking.

Restaurant- and VIP -tents are forbidden under the age of 18 years.

It’s a good idea to dress warmly and put thick-footed shoes on your feet. Note that stairs of audience stand could be slippery even they are maintained.
